How should I use icon mode versus dropdown mode?
Icon mode is best for fast session entry because each status is a direct tap. Dropdown mode is available when you want a familiar list style or need to review statuses more deliberately.
How do automatic excusals work?
Add an automatic excusal period for a student when you already know they should be excused. New accountability sessions and Voluntell draws started during that date range mark the student Excused and keep the excusal note with the record.
How does roster import from image work?
Roster image import is included with Accountability Go! Plus. Open a roster, choose Import from Image, select or take a roster image, then review the recognized rows before importing. You can edit names and numbers, turn rows off, or add a manual row before saving.
Does image import upload roster photos?
No. Text recognition runs on device. The app uses the image only to help you build an editable roster import draft.
What does Voluntell do?
Voluntell tracks who volunteered, who was voluntold, and who was excused so recurring tasks can be assigned more fairly across a roster.
How does iCloud sync work?
Accountability Go! syncs through your personal iCloud account when iCloud is available. The app does not require an external account and does not operate a shared student database.
Can I export reports?
Yes. PDF student and roster reports are included. Accountability Go! Plus unlocks XLSX spreadsheet exports and custom report logo branding.
What does Accountability Go! Plus unlock?
Plus removes first-party promos and unlocks roster image import, spreadsheet exports, and custom report logo branding. It is available as Monthly Plus for $0.99/month, Yearly Plus for $9.99/year, or Plus Forever as a $19.99 one-time purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled in App Store account settings.
How do I restore or manage a purchase?
Open Settings in the app, then use Restore Purchases in the Accountability Go! Plus section. Active monthly or yearly subscribers can also open Apple's subscription management sheet from the same section.
