Your records stay on your device and in your private iCloud.

Summary

Accountability Go! does not collect, sell, or share personal data from app users. The app is designed for private recordkeeping by the person using the device.

Information Stored in the App

Information you enter, including rosters, attendance or accountability sessions, Voluntell task history, excusal context, report settings, and report logo settings, is stored in the app on your device.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is available, app data may sync through your personal iCloud account using Apple services. Accountability Go! does not run an external account system or a shared student database.

Automatic Excusals

Automatic excusal periods are saved with your app records and applied locally when new accountability sessions or Voluntell draws are created during the selected date range.

Roster Image Import

Roster image import uses on-device text recognition to help create an editable import draft. Images are not uploaded to Accountability Go! servers, and the developer does not receive the images or recognized text.

Reports and Sharing

The app can create PDF and spreadsheet reports from records on your device. You control when and where those reports are shared through the system share sheet.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Accountability Go! Plus subscriptions and the Plus Forever purchase are processed by the App Store. The developer does not receive your Apple ID payment details. Purchase status is checked with StoreKit so the app can remove first-party promos and unlock Plus features.

Analytics, Advertising, and Third Parties

Accountability Go! does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics trackers. First-party developer promos may appear for users without Plus and may link to the developer's other apps. Those promos are not served by a third-party ad network and are not used to build an advertising profile.

Children's Privacy

Because Accountability Go! does not collect personal data through developer-operated servers, the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Support

If you contact support, you choose what information to include. Do not send sensitive student, member, or roster information unless you intentionally decide it is needed for support.

If this policy changes, updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
